Title: Stamen
I went to have a nice, relaxing early morning game of frolf before I had to meet Ally's family for father's day brunch. I started on hole 4, did just fine, and then teed off for hole 5. My disk went a little beyond the basket into a big thicket of bushes, but I watched exactly where it entered so that I could easily find it.
At this point, for your sake, I'm just going to jump ahead about 20 minutes to me angrily stomping through the bushes, feet soaking and cold, arms scratched up by protruding branches, face heavily perspiring (because when doesn't mine?), and still one disk short. I actually called my sister at one point to ask her to drive down and help me look because "I needed an extra set of eyes". Right as we were hanging up, I stumbled upon the disk in a not-too-conspicuous resting place. I probably had walked past it a good dozen times and somehow had missed it every time. I mean I was only searching a 10' x 20' area of rather loosely packed bushes and sparse shin-high grass...you think I would have seen it earlier.
Well I decided to give myself a chance to rectify the situation and went back to the tee pad and drove again. It was a mediocre drive that ended with the disk rolling back into the bushes. But no problem, this time I was sure to watch exactly where it went in.
I spent another 5 minutes looking for it.
