So you might notice that my layout is a little messed up. Only a little. The right archive bar didn't quite work out the way I had hoped. I can either A) reduce the size of the large pictures, B) incorporate the small pictures into the paragraphs rather than float them to the right of all the text, C) give blogger's widgets and confusing xml shit the middle finger and migrate over to WordPress which might (key word: MIGHT) be more accommodating to a photoblog. Like I said, I'll have it figured out by the end of 2008. Or not. Whatever.
On another note, I have an avid viewer in Afton, WY. I like to check the map on google analytics for locations giving me repeat hits, and that's the only one that seems to exist. I've gotten several hits in the last two weeks from Houston, LA, NYC, London, and various other large cities, but they're never regular. I'll get 5 hits from LA in two days, then not one more for another two weeks. My friend from Afton, however, has come 38 times in the last 30 days, well spread out throughout the month. Also, Afton has an approximate population of 2000, making it unlikely that I'm getting hits from different people each time (like the case probably is when looking at the big cities). So Mr./Ms./Miss/Mrs. Afton Wyoming, I thank you for your continued interest. You make up 1/3 of my total hits from the US outside of Colorado (my home state).
These internets never fail to amaze me. Well, until I see crap like this:

weird. Just the other day I was checking analytics for the first time in a month or so...and I noticed a bunch of hits throughout the month from Afton.
......?
Stalker? Old friend? Amateur-photographer aficionado? Hmm....
haha. "one of these things is not like the other." i cracked up. did you seriously find a peeled orange in your yard under an apple tree? that made my day.
We live just down the street from an elementary school, and the orange was only a few feet in from the sidewalk, so I'm sure it was just a sack lunch discard.
