God, Fall is amazing in Boulder. You capture it beautifully. Spring is amazing down here. I'm so excited to show you this place. It's like heaven. The weather is getting more amazing, opening this place up even more. My buddy Chucky and I just went over cool things to do when you guys are down here. I hope you're interested in doing a couple of hikes and adventures! Remember, you'll have the advantage of altitude!
