Day 67

Title: Piety

This was quite the cultural day.

First the Greek Orthodox Church Festival in Denver.
Next Jew food at Zaidy's Deli. I've never thought to make a sandwich with latkes instead of bread, but my god it's a great idea. They serve you pickles and sauerkraut as your pre-meal appetizer like most places would give you bread and butter or chips and salsa. I overheard the server telling another table that they had a choice of bagel, toast, or a pretzel.
Then Mexican food and margaritas at a surprise birthday party for my aunt Celine. Billy still calls her Linda and that makes me happy.

Sorry to those of you who got comments from me last night. There should be a breathalyser attached to the power button on my computer.

latkes as bread substitute seems like an awesome idea. I might have to try that.

What? Why no lesson about the difference between "intra" and "inter?"

Also, is the main picture of the day a photo you took? I thought you might've copped out and posted something you found on google images...

PS- Upon closer inspection of the main picture today, I noticed that the little kid is performing the international sign for the "Shocker." What kind of festival were you at?!

PPS- *Note* international is between multiple nations
