Day 84

Title: Windy Frolf is Hilarious

I don't like how it looks like the kite was artificially placed in this photo, but I couldn't seem to get it to not look like that while maintaining this extreme contrast between it and the dark sky/silhouetted Indian's head. Speaking of, do you see how this piece of the mountains looks like a face and a chest rising to the left? This is the top quarter of what is known in SoBo as the Sleeping Indian. Bear Peak (which I hiked yesterday, making my butt sore today) is the stomach/chest, South Boulder Peak is like the thighs or something like that, and it slopes down like legs towards Devil's Thumb, or the Indian's big toe. Take a look at the leftern half of the foothill mountains next time you're in South Boulder (where all of the flatirons and mountains line up best for full effect).

I saw a guy sitting at the bar of the ol' Café drinking a Glenlivet 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky on the rocks, and it looked kinda good since it in fact is pretty good.

Jack neat is not so pretty good.

I had more to say in this post, but I can't remember what. If yesterday taught me anything, it's that you don't have to say anything for people to want to say things back. I got more comments on that post than I have an any other save one.

Mark,

Answer to Question 1:
The stability in my life.

Answer to Question 2:
The predictability of my life.

I could elaborate, but there's the general idea.

I first thought the photo was of a parachute that was missing the parachutist.
